All of Coach Galen Training services are individualized to meet clients where they are at and move them towards achieving their goals, whether that entails strength, weight loss, athletic performance, pain management, muscle mass, bone mineral density, reducing chronic disease risk or a combination thereof. Typically sessions with Coach Galen focus on strength training while guidance and programming is provided for supplemental strength training, aerobic activity, sports, and nutrition.

Regular Personal Training Sessions

35 or 50 minute training sessions with Coach Galen 2-3 times per week.

Programs are individually made and frequently updated with client input to address various aspects of the client's health and fitness.

The majority of strength training is typically done during 1-on-1 sessions and a plan is provided for the client to look after other aspects of their health including aerobic training, nutrition, sports and other activities.

Infrequent Personal Training + Programming

A budget-friendly option for a motivated beginner or experienced lifter/athlete who wants coaching

35 or 50 minute sessions with Coach Galen 1-4 times per month.

Clients should have access to another gym to train on their own.

Individualized and frequently-updated programs for the client to follow.

Frequent communication over text and phone.

1-on-1 sessions are used as an opportunity to work on specific movements, follow a workout from their assigned program, or provide any other guidance regarding resistance training, aerobic training, and nutrition.

Consult + Programming

A great option for a relatively experienced athlete who wants an individualized training program or any other specific help.

This service includes a 50-minute one-off consult that is used to create a personalized exercise program for the client.

The time together may also be used to work on specific movements or provide general guidance.
